Unsolicited Checks

This page has information regarding unsolicited checks received via e-mail,  USPS or FedEx; from Gault AutoSport BMW. If you have listed goods on Craigslist and received a check from Gault AutoSport BMW, the check is a fake.

            How to spot the fake:

1.      The Account Name is Gault AutoSport BMW. We do not send out checks under this name.

2.      The check is BLUE. At this time, we do not generate Blue checks.

3.      The check is for goods on Craigslist. We do not purchase items from Craigslist under our company accounts.

4.      The check is for more than the amount you were asking for in your Craigslist ad. Again, we do not purchase from Craigslist from our company accounts.

5.      The check is not from the person who offered to purchase your items.
